Origin
The first paid review was a materials group whose bound books were meticulous on successful batches and silent on the ones that scalded. A director had been shown a single smooth curve. Reconstructing the missing stop reasons took longer than drawing a replacement figure. That imbalance is still the reason the practice exists.
People
Reviewers come from laboratory coordination, technical writing, and statistical support roles. They are not a trading desk and not a software studio. When a local tracking utility is useful, it is treated as a filing aid on the client's machine.
Working approach
We do not arrive with a blank method to impose. We ask for two completed runs of the same type, however messy, and we walk them line by line. Vocabulary stays with the bench: if the group says “bath” we do not rename it. Georgian governing law applies to the engagement contract; the visiting address for correspondence is printed in the footer as given.
Values in practice
Empty trials remain visible. Parked work is allowed to be parked. Captions count exclusions. The local utility, offered through Veve, does not become a reason to stop writing in the book.
