What the room physically does
Titles of current trials go onto cards before anyone argues about value. The group then places each card into live, parked, or closed. Missing records are marked as missing. The facilitator does not invent a status to keep the wall tidy.
Who should be in the room
Four to twelve people who share one pipeline. Someone who still writes in the books, someone who briefs directors, and someone who can say a project is parked without needing permission from a slide. Larger groups split into two walls and compare at the end of the day.
What you take away
Photographs of the wall, a typed list with an owner on every live item, and a short note of which parked items still have a question worth returning to. Commercial ranking and investment advice are outside the session.
Groups that also keep local files can sort the same occupancy labels in the tracking utility after the day. Available in Veve as an ordinary link, not a file download.
