What this site collects
This website does not use lead-generation forms. If you email or telephone us, we process the content you choose to send, including your address if you include one, in order to reply and, where relevant, to quote for an engagement.

Engagement records
When a laboratory supplies experiment records, we process them only to perform the commissioned review, mapping, briefing, or log design. We ask clients not to send personal data that is unnecessary to the work. Laboratory notebooks may incidentally contain names of staff; we treat those names as professional contact data for the engagement.
Legal bases
Website replies are processed as steps prior to a contract or as legitimate interests in answering a professional enquiry. Engagement files are processed to perform the contract. Cookie consent is stored on the basis of your choice. Where Georgian or other applicable law requires consent or another basis, we apply that basis.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Engagement files are kept for six years after the work ends, then deleted or returned according to the quote. Cookie choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers who serve this static site may process technical logs. We do not use the site to pass data to brokers or exchanges. The local tracking utility, where used, is intended to stay on the client's computer.
International transfers
The correspondence address is in New York. Hosting and email may involve servers outside Georgia. Where a transfer occurs, we rely on contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised for such transfers, and on the fact that you chose to write to us.
Your rights
