What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar storage, such as localStorage, can hold a consent flag. Sourceenginegrid uses localStorage for the consent choice itself.
Types used
Essential storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies so the banner does not return on every page load. Analytics cookies, if you accept, help us understand which pages are read. Rejecting analytics does not block reading the site, requesting quotes by email, or following the Veve link.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| sourceenginegrid_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject so the banner can stay hidden | Until you clear site data | Sourceenginegrid (first party, localStorage) |
| sg_analytics | Optional page-use count if you accept analytics | 6 months | Sourceenginegrid (first party) |
| fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com | May set third-party cookies while loading display and body fonts | Set by the font provider | Google Fonts |
How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which will show the banner again. Browser controls can block third-party cookies, including those that font hosts may set.
Third-party cookies
Font loading from Google Fonts may involve third-party cookies or similar identifiers. Images loaded from public image hosts are requested directly by your browser; those hosts may log the request. We do not use advertising networks on this site.
Impact of disabling
Disabling essential storage may cause the cookie banner to appear on every visit. Disabling analytics has no effect on engagements, fees pages, or contact details. The site remains usable.
